Update.... the team at EOM worked with me diligently and swiftly to resolve my issue. Great customer service! Thanks for getting my register back in business as quickly and easily as you did. This register quits communicating with printer and pos system all the time... which means there is no auto drawer opening during transaction occurring. This is the 2 Nd one I’ve bought and it’s frustrating!
