There were issues with them working, but....their tech support helped me resolve all the isuses and all is working well. Their tech support was very nice and ...... patient.

I ordered this when I was opening a store and so many POS systems cost anywhere from $800-$2,000. I bought the Square Stand from Best Buy at a discount and a tablet to go with and then the rest from EOM and it was just plug and play. I’ve read some reviews of people saying they had to contact the seller to get help setting it up but the Square Stand automatically recognized it, and what a relief that was since this isn’t a recognize version of what they recommend. So to all you who are thinking of purchasing a Square Stand, this works with it and for a bargain! Now I can scan, print receipts, and handle cash for less than $400!Been using it for a month now. I opened July 11th 2024. If it ever stops working I’ll add an update, but this seems sturdy enough so here’s to hoping for no update!

This did the trick. It pops drawers like rappers pop bottles (I think). Our drawers came with the RJ11/12 cable, so you will need that if you don't have one. This then connects to power/USB and triggers your drawer based on your sales program's signal.

I got this for my boyfriend's kitten, his favorite toys are balled up receipts. He destroys them very quickly, so I got him this.... my boyfriend now has one very happy kitten

This is a lot cheaper than what I use to order for my square printer from square. Works perfectly in my square receipt printer.

We use Lightspeed EVO for our business and this is the PERFECT work around to use our existing cash drawers instead of spendings hundreds more to buy compatible ones with the program. This works flawlessly.

I have two of these units, they are about five years old and have preformed flawlessly. they are real work horses. Recently purchased a third unit, unfortunately it arrived DOA. Called tech support, explained the problem. I was issued a UPS prepaid return label bye email, and 5 days later I had a new printer. It's working flawlessly. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a POS printer. And the price is very very good

My husband has a small wholesale warehouse and we decided to get this to use with inventory software. It makes the inventory job so much easier. He can walk around the entire warehouse with it and scan items for input into the system. It's battery lasts a long time before needing to be put back on the cradle to charge.It was very easy to install and set-up. It took maybe 15 minutes to take it out and get everything connected and running. This saves my husband and his partners so much time.

The cash drawer works exactly as I expected.It's plugged into a Star Micronics TSP100 receipt printer, driven by the POS function of ZenPlanner gym management software.There are ample slots and spaces for common denominations of money with checks and large bills kept under the coin tray.Construction seems solid. The only quibble, I do with the key lock had position labels. Not a major issue.The seller seems genuinely concern about my success with the product, proactively contacting me to ensure I had no issues.I do recommend this product.

This cash drawer performs as advertised. Installing it under the counter where we do POS transactions was a little challenge only because of poor planning when the counter was built. However, the mounting brackets that shipped with the drawer aided tremendously to get this drawer installed. It is heavy duty and looks and feels of good quality. I would recommend to others who need a durable, reliable cash drawer.
