1. Connect Cables – Plug in the power and USB cables, then turn on the printer.  
2. Install Software – Open EOM-200v1.2Setup.exe from the installation CD or download the latest version from https://eompos.com/pages/downloads
3. USB Configuration – Select: VID:0x4B43, PID:0x3830.  
4. Complete Installation – Click "Install" and follow on-screen prompts.

- Keep Clean – Wipe the exterior regularly with a dry cloth to prevent dust buildup.  
- Paper Replacement – Use 3 1/8" (80mm) thermal paper. Open the cover, insert the roll, and close securely.  
- Avoid Overheating – Ensure proper ventilation and avoid prolonged continuous printing.

No, the EOM-200 is not compatible with Square. It works with Windows and Linux systems. 

How do I connect my cash drawer to the EOM-200? 

Simply plug your printer-driven cash drawer into the cash drawer port on the back of the EOM-200 using an RJ11/RJ12 cable.  

What size paper does the EOM-200 use?  

The EOM-200 uses 3 1/8" (80mm) thermal paper rolls. 

Why is my printer not printing? 

If your printer is not printing, try these steps:  
1. Check connections – Ensure the power and USB cables are securely connected.  
2. Verify paper placement – Make sure the thermal paper roll is loaded correctly.  
3. Confirm drivers are installed – Download and install the latest drivers from https://eompos.com/pages/downloads
4. Restart your printer – Turn off the printer, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.  

How can I get extra receipt paper rolls? 

You can order additional 3 1/8" (80mm) thermal paper rolls from our website or your preferred office supply store.
