The Star Micronics TSP143IIIBi (TSP100) is a Bluetooth thermal receipt printer built to auto-print incoming orders straight from DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub, so tickets reach the counter the moment they come in with no one re-keying them. It pairs wirelessly to an iPad or Android tablet, so there are no cables to run and no ink or toner to buy, just fast, clean thermal receipts. Setup takes under five minutes: power on, pair, print.

  1. 1On your tablet, go to Settings → Bluetooth and enable Bluetooth
  2. 2Tap Star Micronics or TSPxxxx from the available devices list to pair
  3. 3Confirm it shows as Connected in Bluetooth settings
  4. 4Open the Uber Eats Orders app and tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left
  5. 5Tap Settings → Printing Order Receipts
  6. 6Toggle receipt printing ON
  7. 7Your printer model should auto-select in the dropdown — if not, select it manually
  8. 8Tap Test Printer to confirm

  • Send a test order or use the app's test print function
  • Verify receipts print automatically

  • Pairing window is 60 seconds once you turn on the printer
  • The printer auto-connects after first pairing when turned on

  6. 6Tap Add Printer
  7. 7The button will change to Select Printer and your printer model will appear above — tap Select Printer
  8. 8Use the three-dot menu to tap Test Printer to confirm
  9. 9Set Auto-print receipts to Yes and choose your number of copies

  1. 1Open the DoorDash Order Manager app and tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top left
  2. 2Tap Settings → Setup Printer
  3. 3Tap Okay to allow the app to search for the printer
  4. 4Tap Allow to continue
  5. 5Under Available Devices, tap your printer name to pair
  6. 6When successfully paired you'll see a "Cover is closed, ready to use" message under Printer in Settings
