Connect the Printer
Connect the TSP143 to your router using an ethernet cable and power it on. Make sure your tablet is connected to the same network.
For Uber Eats:
- Open the Uber Eats Orders app on your tablet
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner
- Tap Settings
- Tap Printing Order Receipts
- Toggle receipt printing ON
- Wait up to 30 seconds for the printer to appear in the dropdown — it will show as TSP143IIILAN or TSP100LAN
- Select your printer and tap SELECT
- Enable Automatically Print Receipt for hands-free printing
- Tap Test Printer to confirm everything is working
For Grubhub:
- Make sure you're logged into your Grubhub for Restaurants account
- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner
- Tap Settings from the dropdown
- Tap Add Printer
- The button will change to Select Printer and your printer's model number will appear above it
- Tap Select Printer — the printer is now added
- A three-dot menu will appear with options to Test Printer or Disconnect Printer — tap Test Printer to confirm
- To enable automatic printing, select Yes under Auto-print receipts and choose the number of copies
