Quick Setup Steps

  1. 1Connect the Printer
  2. 2Connect the TSP143 to your router using an ethernet cable and power it on
  3. 3Make sure your tablet is connected to the same network
  4. 4Make sure you're logged into your Grubhub for Restaurants account
  5. 5Tap the menu icon in the top left corner
  6. 6Tap Settings from the dropdown
  7. 7Tap Add Printer
  8. 8The button will change to Select Printer and your printer's model number will appear above it
  9. 9Tap Select Printer — the printer is now added
Test Print
  • A three-dot menu will appear with options to Test Printer or Disconnect Printer — tap Test Printer to confirm
Tips
  • To enable automatic printing, select Yes under Auto-print receipts and choose the number of copies
  1. 1Connect the Printer
  2. 2Connect the TSP143 to your router using an ethernet cable and power it on
  3. 3Make sure your tablet is connected to the same network
  4. 4Open the Uber Eats Orders app on your tablet
  5. 5Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner
  6. 6Tap Settings
  7. 7Tap Printing Order Receipts
  8. 8Toggle receipt printing ON
  9. 9Wait up to 30 seconds for the printer to appear in the dropdown — it will show as TSP143IIILAN or TSP100LAN
  10. 10Select your printer and tap SELECT
  11. 11Enable Automatically Print Receipt for hands-free printing

I’m extremely satisfied with this printer. Out of all the printers I’ve used, this is by far one of the best.

What I like most is the printing speed and how clearly the important information is emphasized. For example, the order number and customer name are printed in large, easy-to-read text, while all the smaller details are still clearly displayed.

It also prints all the important information from Uber Eats. For example, you can immediately see from the printed ticket whether the customer requested utensils or not. (Some printers, including the one we used previously, do not display this information.)
