Connect the Printer
Connect the TSP143 to your router using an ethernet cable and power it on. Make sure your tablet is connected to the same network.

For Uber Eats:

  1. Open the Uber Eats Orders app on your tablet
  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Printing Order Receipts
  5. Toggle receipt printing ON
  6. Wait up to 30 seconds for the printer to appear in the dropdown — it will show as TSP143IIILAN or TSP100LAN
  7. Select your printer and tap SELECT
  8. Enable Automatically Print Receipt for hands-free printing
  9. Tap Test Printer to confirm everything is working

For Grubhub:

  1. Make sure you're logged into your Grubhub for Restaurants account
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner
  3. Tap Settings from the dropdown
  4. Tap Add Printer
  5. The button will change to Select Printer and your printer's model number will appear above it
  6. Tap Select Printer — the printer is now added
  7. A three-dot menu will appear with options to Test Printer or Disconnect Printer — tap Test Printer to confirm
  8. To enable automatic printing, select Yes under Auto-print receipts and choose the number of copies
