1) Connect the Power and USB cables, and power on the printer.
2) Open EOM-200v1.2Setup.exe from the CD or download the latest version from the downloads tab
3) For USB , select: VID:0x4B43,PID:0x3830
4) Click Install

Cash Drawer:

Connect the RJ11 cable to your receipt printer. (cable included)
