POS Cash Drawer for Shopify — Connects via Receipt Printer

Was so damaged when arrived it was not usable.

This item is exactly what we needed. heavy duty. Delivery was right on time!

Great register!

Love it

It was advertised that it works with square stand, but if you don’t use a receipt printer , you need a phone to Ethernet adapter for it to work , which is hard tofind

No, this is not a must situation if you want a review, 5 stars should be suffient.

Awesome drawer! Wish I would have bought 3 more! Thanks

These are perfectly fine cash drawers. My only complaint is how thin the plastic drawer is.

Update....the team at EOM worked with me diligently and swiftly to resolve my issue. Great customer service! Thanks for getting my register back in business as quickly and easily as you did. This register quits communicating with printer and pos system all the time... which means there is no auto drawer opening during transaction occurring. This is the 2 Nd one I’ve bought and it’s frustrating!

Sturdy and perfect

Great addition to restaurant for to gos

Good

Great quality!

Very nice especially when you connect it to the Square Register!! Works great!!

so much better than the old one, this one actually works and so easy to open and close.

Perfect!

As described, easy to install

Works good for me.

Bought this to use as a keyed drawer. Brought the keys to a local hardware store to get spares cut and found out it uses a special key they can't copy. Contacted EOM-POS to buy an extra key and they wanted $17 plus shipping.

High quality cash drawer, easy to install. Everything about this is perfect!

Does what it’s supposed to do.

Ease of use means a lot to me and this drawer certainly provides that capability.

Did match other piece I bought.

Needed two drawers to replace two existing drawers. There are several on Amazon to choose from. I spent some time reading product descriptions and reviews before choosing. I almost didn’t pick this product because I was hoping for the whole drawer insert to be removable and by the description it seemed only the change insert was removable.Prior to delivery, I received an email from the seller with setup instructions. Included with each drawer there is a short, simple and easy to understand instruction sheet for setup to a Square POS system (which I have) or other POS systems. It took about 5 minutes to set up each drawer including the unpacking. Upon set up I discovered that both the change drawer insert AND the entire cash insert are removable, independently or together. The operation is smooth and consistent. They look great though the manufacturer logo is larger than I prefer. Really an inconsequential complaint. Otherwise, they are exactly what I was looking for. The price point is fair, IMO. I would highly recommend.

This item is being used in our business as our cash drawer, it is exactly as advertised. We did not need the USB connection to a printer, however the seller immediately followed up with us with special instructions for its use. even before we received the item, which I was impressed by. We had no problem using the cash register for our needs.

Good drawer gets stuck some time other than that great

Works as it should. Integrated with my square stand perfectly!

Works Perfectly with my square set up :)

It was exactly as described and what I was looking for.

This is not exactly what we where looking for but is doing the job..

The cash drawer works exactly as I expected. It's plugged into a Star Micronics TSP100 receipt printer, driven by the POS function of ZenPlanner gym management software. There are ample slots and spaces for common denominations of money with checks and large bills kept under the coin tray.Construction seems solid. The only quibble, I do with the key lock had position labels. Not a major issue. The seller seems genuinely concern about my success with the product, proactively contacting me to ensure I had no issues.I do recommend this product.
