Operation and Maintenance

INSTALLATION
Connect the printer to your system via USB, Ethernet, or serial, install the drivers, and follow the on-screen instructions for setup.

 

Loading paper
Open the printer cover, insert the paper roll with the paper feeding from the bottom, thread it through the guides, and close the cover.

 

  • MAINTENANCE
    Turn off the printer, use a soft cloth for the exterior, and a cleaning card or isopropyl alcohol for the thermal print head.
  • TROUBLESHOOTING
    If the printer jams or stops feeding paper, turn off the printer, open the cover, remove any jammed paper, reload the paper roll correctly, and restart the printer.

 

Contact customer support for a replacement print head and follow the instructions in the user manual for installation.

Why is my print quality fading or uneven?  
This could be due to a dirty print head, low-quality paper, or a worn-out print head. Clean the print head or replace it if necessary.
